Description
White Steel Thread Snips: Highest grade of oxidized surface blade steel in Japan
These thread snips have thin, sharp tips and are perfect for cutting even the smallest button threads. Crafted from Yasuki Hagane White Super Steel, they offer exceptional sharpness and wear resistance. White steel, one of Japan's highest-grade steels, is renowned for its hardness and superb abrasion resistance. The oxidized surface not only helps with rust resistance but also gives the thread snips a stunning appearance.
Available in two distinct styles with two blade lengths: "Kyoto" and "Edo."
The "Edo" style is characterized by its long handle, while the "Kyoto" style showcases a long blade. This tradition has endured for over 200 years, with different thread snips originating from various regions in Japan.
